How it works!
Tell Us About The Big Day
To start the process, fill out the questionnaire linked below. This is where we discover your wants, needs & wishes for your event. The more information you give us, the better we can help you!
Hire Us!
Once we decide to ‘make it official’, sign our contract, send your deposit & get us your inspiration images (if you have any ideas) so we can get started. Inspiration images should convey a vibe that you completely love. This will give us a gage on which direction to take aesthetically. No worries if you have no idea! We can start from scratch as well.
The Proposal
You’ve made us official & now we’re proposing! No diamond rings involved though - sorry. We’ll take the information you’ve given us and create a vision board to convey the overall look of your event.
The Plan
We then take your approved board, complete shopping and sourcing to achieve the look, create floor plans if applicable, purchase and reserve all items and rentals (including seating, signage, place cards, branded materials, take-home favors, centerpiece materials, etc.), book all vendors* and prepare for the big day!
Turning Dreams Into Reality
On the day of, we will facilitate setup, take down and management of all vendors as well as oversee the day-of festivities to ensure that everything runs smoothly. And most importantly, we’ll be your sounding board throughout the entire process and your calm in any storm.
